This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your digital products will be delivered, the methods of access, response timeframes, and customer responsibilities. As Gerridene Berg operates primarily as a digital content creator, speaker, and transformational coach, this policy has been developed in line with South African laws, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

This document applies to all orders made through our website at www.gerrideneberg.com or via direct invoice.


1. Overview

At present, all products sold through our platform are digital goods unless otherwise stated. These include:

  • E-books and devotionals

  • Digital guides and printables

  • Audio content and podcast archives

  • Video or workshop replays

  • Online course materials

  • Coaching session links and documents

As such, there is no physical shipping involved for most purchases, and delivery occurs via email or account access.


2. Delivery Method for Digital Products

a. Email Delivery

Upon successful payment, digital products are typically delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery includes:

  • A download link,

  • A confirmation of your purchase, and

  • Any relevant notes or usage instructions.

Emails will be sent from info@gerrideneberg.com or via a third-party system such as MailPoet or WooCommerce Notifications.

Important: Please ensure your email address is entered correctly. We cannot be held liable for delivery failures due to typos or inbox issues on the client’s side.


b. Download Pages or Member Access

Some products may also be delivered via:

  • A dedicated download page after checkout

  • A secure member portal or hidden product page

In such cases, access links will be provided directly after successful payment or in your email receipt.


c. Google Drive or Dropbox Delivery

For large resources such as bundled devotionals or audio/video material, a private download link via Google Drive or Dropbox will be emailed within 24–48 hours of purchase.


d. Timeframes

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Instant download products are delivered within 5 minutes to 15 minutes.

  • Manual fulfilment products (e.g., bundled items, bonus files) are sent within 24–48 business hours.

  • Coaching session materials or onboarding kits may be sent within 2–3 working days after booking confirmation.

If you have not received your download email within 1 hour, please:

  • Check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folder

  • Search your inbox for “Gerridene Berg” or the product name

3. Live Event & Coaching Access

For digital programmes, group coaching, or discovery calls:

  • You will receive a calendar invitation, Zoom link, or access information at least 24 hours before the event or session.

  • If the session is recorded and made available, you will receive the replay link via email.

If your session or programme includes pre-reading or downloadable workbooks, these will be shared via:

  • Welcome email after sign-up

  • Follow-up email 24 hours before your session


4. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

We are committed to ensuring timely delivery of all digital content. However, the following may affect the promptness of delivery:

  • Email filtering by your service provider (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)

  • Full inboxes or low storage

  • Incorrect email address provided

  • Server delays or system issues

If your purchase is not received within 24 hours, and the issue does not lie with your inbox settings, please contact us immediately.

All delivery issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase to qualify for manual re-delivery or replacement.


5. Resending Digital Orders

You may request a resend of your digital file up to 3 times per order. After this point, the system may flag the request as suspicious, and you may be required to verify your identity and payment.

You can request a resend by emailing:

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Email used at checkout

  • Order date

  • Product purchased


6. Coaching Appointment Confirmations

After booking a coaching session (whether free or paid), you will receive:

  • A confirmation email with your session time

  • A calendar invite

  • Instructions on how to prepare

  • A Zoom or WhatsApp call link

It is your responsibility to:

  • Save the session date

  • Attend the session on time

  • Ensure your email and contact number are correct

If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of payment, email info@gerrideneberg.com.


7. Third-Party Platforms and Hosting

Certain product deliveries may rely on platforms such as:

  • Paystack

  • WooCommerce

  • MailPoet

  • Dropbox / Google Drive

  • ConvertKit or Flodesk (in future)

While we strive to maintain control over all content delivery, issues related to third-party platforms (e.g., downtime or spam filters) are not fully under our control. However, we will assist wherever possible to ensure access is restored or alternatives are provided.


8. Device Compatibility & Support

All digital products are provided in formats that are compatible with most devices:

  • PDF (for e-books and workbooks)

  • MP3 or MP4 (for audio/video content)

  • Zoom or Google Meet (for live coaching)

We do not provide technical support for individual device settings, but we will assist with general troubleshooting to the best of our ability.

Ensure you have the following:

  • Stable internet connection

  • PDF reader (Adobe Reader or Preview)

  • Device with sound output for video/audio files


9. No Physical Shipping or Courier Services

Gerridene Berg does not currently offer any physical product deliveries or courier shipping. All content is distributed digitally via secure and encrypted platforms. If this changes in future, a separate Physical Shipping Policy will be introduced.


10. International Deliveries

All digital products are available to international customers. We welcome orders from clients in the UK, USA, Europe, and beyond.

Please ensure your email service provider is not region-restricted or blocking content. If you reside outside South Africa and face access issues, contact us for a manual download link.


11. Pricing & Currency Display

All prices listed on our site are in South African Rand (ZAR) by default. If you’re browsing internationally:

  • Currency conversion may be done automatically at checkout by Paystack.

  • All invoices are issued in ZAR unless otherwise requested.

Note: Currency exchange fees from your bank or card provider are not controlled by us.


12. Payment Confirmation

You will receive an automated payment receipt via:

  • Paystack (if paid via card or EFT)

  • Our WooCommerce platform

  • Email from info@gerrideneberg.com

Please retain your receipt for verification or tax purposes.


13. Incorrect or Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally purchased a duplicate product or chose the wrong item, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Do not download or access the product

  • Clearly explain the issue in your email

If the product has already been accessed, our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy will apply.


14. Special Offers & Pre-Orders

From time to time, Gerridene may offer:

  • Subscriber-only discounts

Pre-ordered products will be delivered by the promised release date. If any delay occurs, we will inform all customers via email and provide an updated delivery timeline.


15. Delivery of Free Downloads

When signing up for our newsletter or subscribing to our platform, you may receive a free digital gift (e.g., e-book, devotional, or mini course). These items are sent to your inbox automatically or via a confirmation link.

If you do not receive your free item within 30 minutes of signing up, please check:

  • Spam/Promotions folder

  • Email spelling

  • Confirmation click (some free gifts are sent after confirmation only)
